Title: Fulfillment Manager/Customer Service Rep

Location: LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK 

Job Type: Part-time 

Job Description: 

Baseball Lifestyle 101 has quickly become one of the biggest brands in the baseball industry. With the quick growth we are looking for someone who will be able to manage getting orders out of the office as fast as possible. We are also looking for someone to help answer customer phone calls and emails with questions and concerns. This person should be organized with great interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain count on inventory that comes in and out
  • Package and ship orders that come in each day.
  • Answer customer phone calls and emails.
  • Handle returns and re-stock inventory.

Qualifications 

  • Custom service experience.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working on with the Shopify ecommerce platform a plus.  

Hours/Pay

Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am - 1pm (Hours may vary dependent on email and phone call volume, and work-from-home opportunities)
